Jake Ryan, is a Licensed, Bonded, and Insured Commercial and Residential General Contractor, as well as a Project Management Professional pursuing his PhD from the University of the West of England Bristol, where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Having completed 300+ projects, Jake has experience working in all construction sectors, a network of coveted contacts, and top-tier real estate mastermind mentors. He is perpetually researching, formulating, and confirming every aspect of Legacy RED’s business practices through execution. All of this time, effort, and knowledge compound into the ever-evolving company, Legacy Real Estate Development.

Jack has successfully managed tens of developments and thousands of claims by navigating the intricate landscape of insurance negotiations with finesse. Jack’s deep understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures enables him to advocate effectively on behalf of clients, maximizing their entitlements and streamlining the claims process. Beyond his technical expertise, Jack is known for his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction by prioritizing clear communication, transparency, and integrity in every interaction. With a keen eye for detail and a penchant for precision, she ensures a harmonious journey through the complexities of insurance construction project management, from inception to fruition, meticulously adhering to timelines, scopes, and budgets by bringing to the table a multifaceted skill set honed over years of dedicated practice. Rachel has her Client’s back to get the job done!

Dana Lowder
